Weekly live streaming Classes:

MONDAY @ 1:30pm - Intermediate Tai Chi - Join this class if you have been practicing Chen Style Tai Chi with Susan or you have been with Susan for a year or more. 
Tuesday @ 10am - Tai Chi - Join this class if you enjoy simple to intermediate Tai Chi form sets which generate Qi flow, stress reduction, increased balance and strength.
Wednesday @ 1:30pm - Wuji Qigong  - This class focuses on principles of movement applied to both Tai Chi and Qigong.  Movements range from very simple to more complex.  The movements generate Qi movement in the body for healing, health and stress reduction.  Open to all levels.   
Thursday @ 10am - Beginner Tai Chi - Join this class if you are brand new to Tai Chi or would like to review the fundamentals of Tai Chi movement with a simple Tai Chi form set.  This class will also offer simple Qigong movements for improved health, stress reduction and Qi flow.  

Not only does your payment give you access to Tai Chi and Qigong classes instructed live by Susan, but it also helps Susan to continue her efforts and passion in bringing the benefits and joys of Tai Chi to others.  Thank you in advance, for your contribution/payment!
